If your in the South Texas area, you should really go check out South PAdre Island! I have gone the last 2 years in a row and I love it! I doubt I will have the $$ to go this year, but if I magically get the $$ I will be there!

Here's my contribution. These were taken in one afternoon and evening in June of 2007 near Lake City and Silverton, Colorado. The weather was perfect, and driving in these mountains that day with the top down was about as close to heaven as I can imagine.
I'm a little better at taking pictures of just the landscapes, so if anyone wants to see more please feel free to ask.

*dies* The only place I've seen that rivals that beauty is the Alps when I used to live in southern Germany and biked in the Alps.

Fall 2007, this is overlooking the marble quarry on a spur of the Moody Hill Trail a few miles west of Fort Collins, Colorado.
