How difficult would you rate this trail 1-10? Would you wheel it alone (no other jeeps and no other passengers?) I'll be in Moab early May, and would love to take pictures up there, but am being careful with what trails I hit due to my solo situation. Any advice appreciated. I assume you do the descent in 4LO?

 

I would rate Top of the World trail less than a 5 on a scale of 10. Great view at the end for sure...

 

Flint Trail, Maze District, Canyonlands, Utah.

It's rated a 5 in my trail book. I went up by myself with my wife riding shotgun. It's very easy and could be done in 2WD if you had to. If you're staying in Moab it's a 26 mile drive out to the trailhead, then probably 6 or 7 miles to the top. Trust me, it's worth it!

Obviously, that desert was covered with water in some prehistoric era (the rock is full of sea shells and marine fossils)
