This is what the lack of O2 does to trees at elevation. We where around 12-14000 ft up.

Trees dont use oxygen. They make oxygen.

Right on I mean to say CO2(or somthing as their is a tree line at elevation so something is missing)

I am still feeling the affects of my lack of O2

Does that do anything to the Jeep? Loss of power, rough idle, etc? or do you have to do anything to make it work at that altitude?

I have a boat, and when we go to a lake at higher elevation we need to make a few changes to keep it running properly.

I think the trees are that small at altitude because the pressure of the air is far less. Therefore its pushing less CO2 into the trees "pores" it slows down the trees ability to grow. Also gaseous rich soil is a t a minimum as well.

Fuel injection automatically adjusts mixture to the thinner air at altitude.
