hi all folks
i'glad to see that my bumper mod is appriciated!

i can put some other photos concerning new mods....
first of all i created a very simple custom bumper, with the winch mounted in upside-down position.
on the steel bumper there are 4 hole where i can screw on the plastic cover. for street use... the cover remains, in offroad.... in 1 minute i can remove the plastic bumper. better approach angle, winch ready to be used.
( PS: as you can see... i should find a better paint to color the bumper, something that doesn't go away at the first rock )

then, after i mounted the winch and the steel bumper, i saw that the car was not more balanced. so i decided to built some spacers. the main problem is that i use the soft top in summer, and a hard-top in winter. and the difference is more then 100 kg... how to solve? ACOS. i love to build myself the parts of the jeep... i really think that a jeep is to build, not to buy. so... i spent some hours on the turn and i created some home-made acos, in aluminium ( ergal 7075 ), and some new sway bar links ( in aluminium too ) with double SFK heim joints.
here some photos

and the rear sway bar adjustable links

Some very early snow here, and I was lucky enough to spend those few days at the weekend lodge. So this was the very first outing in the snow for me and the Grand Orange Wrangler with the Blizzaks (although the Blizzaks already served last Winter season under my TJ)
