From my understanding, the Sahara has the same shocks as the rubicon. Only they are not red. Who cares any how. Mine got thrown in the dumpster with 1000 miles on them.

Back in Feb of 07 when I picked up mine, the Saharas had a dana 44 rear and the x models had a dana 35 rear. Thankfully that didn't last long...

Other than the sticker, I think mine is indistinguishable from any other model now with painted fenders. I have a d44 in front and rear, no nav and cloth seats. Bumpers, shocks have long ago been replaced.
