well..... I first have to say that IMO this kind of work would not be viable to do in the United States, (unless you have really deep pockets) if I was there I would have gone with aftermarket flares I think a lot of those are great, but I happened to be in Mexico and have access to a great shop, so get ready for the price $4200.00 pesos at the current rate about $320 bucks for the pair, keep in mind that there's not a lot of material need it, so mostly the price is for labor.

I have a ARB front bumper and that is how I would design my flares.
I thought about this, but one of the main reasons to get this flares was to make them narrower as I was having trouble fitting through some of the gates in the places we wheel at.

we are using 1 1/2" pipe (schedule 40) for the metal I don't know if you guys use a different measurement I just know is .10. at first we were going to use 1 3/4" pipe but it look really massive, but now that I see the tubing on the jeep, I think we could have gone that route and it would have been OK, anyway I'm happy the way it is right now.

looks great. how come you made a hole where the trail badge is. Couldn't that of been a solid sheet with the trail badge on top.
