We bought the YJ for 1900. My husband had to pull the tranny and then he had to install a new one (well not brand new and a new clutch. I spent quite a bit of money at quadratech on accessories for the YJ. I bought everything from seatbelts, radio, roll bar speakers, console, taillight covers to a new bumper. In the end we made a decent profit. We sold it for 6200.
It was in really good shape for an 87. No rust at all, a re-built engine with 20,000 miles on it and an almost brand new tranny.
As for my new ride, the gas cover and the tailight covers (which you can't see in our dark pics) I ordered them from Mopar and the dealer installed them.
Tonight the grille insert will be installed, and the hard top will come off. One thing at a time.

We talked about keeping it, but we only have a 2 car garage and with the YJ only having a bikini top, and the JK and our other car. It was getting crowded.
Next house will have more garage space!
