I've got the same tire and love them; I know you will too. I've beat the crap out of them, and they look no worse for wear. Great on-road ride, too.

What size rim are you running? I've got a 16x8, and at 30 psi they mearsure 34" exactly. However, the track width of the tire is a bit narrower, only about 10.5" of the tire actually meets the road. If you have a wider wheel, it will stretch the tire out a bit, but give you a slightly shorter overall height.

Either way, looks great on your JK man!

Thanks!

I'm running 315/75R16 Duratrac, on a 16x8 wheel as well. the treadwidth looks to be the same width as my terra's which were around 10 of tread width. I do love these tires though. They're sick.

Does that same source read 34.5" for the 315?

Tire sized are measured with no weight on them. If you are measuring them with weight on them, you have to go side to side. Not ground to top. As there are way to many variables measuring ground to top, which is why manufactures don't measure that way. Also, a wider rim will make the tire shorter than a narrow rim. And of course the lower the air pressure, the shorter they are.

And as a last note, *very* few 35x12.50LT tires measure out to be 35" tall. Almost ALL of them are 34-34.5" tall. There are a few exceptions, typically Interco tires measure the right size or larger. A 33x12.50R15 TSL is actually 33.7" tall for instance.

But you tires look great, and should drive nicely

Hmm so if the 315 was giving OP a tire just over 33" then maybe he would be happier with the 325 which I am assuming would be between 33.5 and 34 inches mounted on his setup.

They dont make the tires in a size bigger than the 315/75R16s.
