Just a quick note, not all 35's are created equal. My Mickey Thompson Baja Claws were 33.25 inches tall new under load, but my Goodyear MTR Kevlar's are 34.6 inches tall under load. So be careful and do your research before banking on the final size. If you would have purchased the MTR's you would have been screwed on the pinch seam clearance.

Whpony:

I completely agree. I did soooo much research on actual tire size within the forum. I was really looking for a tire between the 33.5 and 34 in range. That is also why I included my actual tire height in my report.
I couldnt find an advertised 33" tire that was actually above 33" within my price range. Discount Tire sold the Kumhos to me $998 for 4 and like I said they were exactly around the height I wanted.

As for clutch issues... On the road from a dead stop i get to about 1100 rpm to get moving. Really doesnt feel like too much on the drivetrain. Since my rig sees alot more road the offroad i am not too worried about it.

You think about a 2"/1" Teraflex spacer lift? Costs $119 shipped, levels out the Jeep and gives you a little more wiggle room. Raises the front 2", the rear 1". Just a suggestion, I did it and it looked good with the 35" tires.

The ebay ones I bought are hubcentric. His aren't though. Didn't notice until you pointed it out though, good pickup.

any chance on a side view picture? I am thinking about cutting the fenders, using spacers, and runing 35's on my 4 door rubi. I have only had it for 12 hours but i am anxious to get this rig looking good!!!!
