Default Poison Spyder brawler lite on 2012 JKU

I was all prepared to move the vacuum assist pump on the jeep and decided I would test fit the bumper before hand. Once the bumper was on, with a little persuasion, I looked and their was no interference from the evap canister. The bumper actually sat about a 1/2 inch above the pump and was not contacting the bracket or any of the bolts.

Had anyone else run into this on the 2012's? I was under the impression from all the other threads that the pump had to be moved.

One note though, i had to ream out the upper most outboard mounting hole, driver side, to get the bumper on. Just took the largest drill bit I had and worked it back and forth to expand the hole slightly. Then touched up the paint, to prevent rust.

Here is the crappy iPad photo:

Everything else is OEM at this time, don't even have a lift yet. Still debating on whether to remove the crash bar, if I can find the right skid to go under I may just leave it.

I have a 2012 with the Brawler Lite Bumper from Poison Spyder. I contacted Poison Spyder prior to purchasing the bumper and they stated there were no issues with the vacuum pump. When I installed the Brawler Lite Bumper, I had plenty of clearance so I had no need to relocate. Only certain bumpers require you to relocate I believe. I kept my crash bar when I installed, you just have to trim it down a bit. I matched the bumper up with the Brawler Lite Skid as well. Other then being a pain in the ass to install, I love both the bumper and the skid.

I have my WARN winch going on today after breakfast.

Default Awesome

That PSC Brawler is one great looking bumper. Looks good on both of your JK's above.

I've got this bumper coming in soon. How was the install? I was under the impression that it was a relatively easy install with no relocation(s)/modifications (I realize the optional skid requires some mod to the crash-bar, however). Did y'all end up having to do anything other than simply remove the stocker and bolt on the new PSC Brawler Lite?

I love the bumper and skid and am strongly considering for my 2012 when it gets delivered. Quick questions - is there any sag with this bumper with OEM shocks and can I easily attach driving lights to the loop bar? Sorry for the newbish questions, but I really appreciate any insights offered!

Install was easy. I had one bolt hole that I had to enlarge but other than that it was easy.

I have not been able to tell any sag. Mine does not have the light tabs on the loop but I think it is an option. I thought it was standard so didn't mention it during the order, my fault!
