Powder Coating Done!

Finally got my hinges all powder coated along with the windshield hinges to keep the rust away. Not sure I love the look but I hope it works better at rust prevention. You can also see my recent mirror mode as I extended my mirrors 3" on both side using a PVC coupler and some extended bolts

I have to ask...how much. This looks really good. I might not have done the windshield hinges but each to his/her own. It looks good. I hope it works for you too.

I wanted to do the Hood hinges but it was hard enough going for a week without doors. If I took the hood off I might have gotten a ticket.
Sandblasting was $100 and prime and powder coat was $300. I just hope it lasts I will keep you all informed if it's stronger or not. I also during the week of having the doors off, primed and painted and clear coated behind the hinge mounts. It is a crime that it is bare metal behind the hinges. Then when I put them back on I buttered the back of the hinge with grease.
