I know this has probably been covered 100 times, but sometimes it's nice to see things again and maybe a different way of relocating it...

I just did this a few minutes ago, hope it helps....

9/32 vaccum hose with 3/8 vaccum connector. I added on without replacing factory hose. Zip tied it to E-brake line and frame and ran it up through frame into rear driver tail light so it would not catch on anything...

The connector is up in frame and I sealed connectors (aftermarket/factory breather) with electrical tape just for precautions...

I also left about a 1 1/2 feet of flex or more, just in case I need to modify it at some point...

Gear oil is some kind of stinky... any issues with the breather in the cab?

I have not driven yet, but their should be plenty of airflow in tail light compartment, so I should not experience any bad smells....

If I recall correctly the penetrations in the tub behind the taillights have grommets in them that the wiring passes through with a rather tight seal. This should preclude any exhaust gases or newly found axle breathing in to the cab from that area.

This is correct and like I said, their is plenty of ventilation and airflow in the tail light compartment....

Default This is the front diff relocate

[/QUOTE]

Used same vaccum hose 9/32 1" and same vaccum connector 3/8 . The connector is slightly bigger, but has a tighter seal. Both front and rear consisted of 2 vaccum connectors, 8' of vaccum hose, 8 zip ties ($19.41) and 20 minutes of your time.
