Default Rear Tire Swing I Need Ideas and Pictures

Hey guys Im building a new back bumper And I am contimplating the rear tire swing but I need Ideas on how to build it. I was thinking of setting it up with 1 or 2 gas cans set behind the spare tire on the swing. If any one has this set up please show me some pics! I also need some Ideas on the latch for the tire swing. Thanks for the tips!

I have a Lod rear bumper and tire carrier and it is very well made. I also got the Gerry can attachment and trail rack and I am happy with those as well. I will post pics later when I am home. There are a lot of people on here with the same set up. I know wayoflife does

Here is my build. I have been thanking of adding ends to the angle iron to protect the corners but have not had time.

Im at work right now. Dont have any pics on this computer. But as soon as I get home I'll post some more for ya final product. The back plate is 3/16ths. The back of the tire carrier main arm has a adjustable bump stop so you can set your own tension. Will post some more when i get home later today for ya.

here it is when i was spraying it with raptor liner. Sorry again for the quality. Looks to be upside down hanging but you get the idea. Mount for high lift you can see. arm is made out of 2x4 3/16th wall with a 3/16th plate cut from top to bottom of arm for added strength. tire carrier part is just a simple 2" receiver tube welded in. Other side is just a simple spare tire mounting plate with a square tubing that slides. Never a rattle, no binding at all. I have a 35" tire on the back never had any issue.
