No it doesn't bother me, I take it of during the winter cause of the salt of the roads and it interferes with wiper fluid.

Mines on the hood, only downfall is the wiperfluid doesn't hit the windshield really unless your going 50mph+. Small price to pay for the looks of confusion it gets.
