excellent idea!! i think i'm gonna have to run down to the hardware store and do this myself. btw, what mat do you have on top?

I was interested in getting a soft top (Rained on to many times). Is that the factory soft top and boot. Is there any problem with stowing it like that. I've read in other posts that it won't work.

The Tuffy Security Deck is a great piece of gear! I installed one on the 2010 JKU I used to own. If you want to store your soft top in a boot, you will have to get the boot modified to fit over the deck, as it sits above the tailgate. Here are pics of my modified boot:
