Thats what I was thinking, or maybe one of those knock offs out there (China is well known for their line of knock offs)

I actually think that is a totally scratch built H1 knock off. Im pretty sure the guy is in Russia and used a tractor as a base.
I'm also pretty sure there is a thread some where on here with more info and pics. Including one of a wood burning stove in the back seat.
Edit: Not to sure on direct link rules but if you google "hummer homemade Russia" the top link should be to more detailed pics of the thing. It's pretty crazy.
