JK Show & Tell Whether they're just poser shots in your driveway or hardcore action shots on the trail, if you've got photos or videos of your Jeep JK Wrangler (or any JK for that matter that you think is worth showing off, inside or out), we want to see them so please post them here! Likewise, if you are wanting to see a photo of something specific like an aftermarket JK part or poser shot with a specific setup, this is the place to ask for it.

What was done to your JK this week?

Here are some other shots.

I see. It is a completely different fit than the earlier version. I stand corrected. It is installed correctly. Interesting how they allowed their logo to be covered. Smaller font would have been smarter.

After getting the L05 recall done at the dealership, the 23 point inspection stated that my battery was bad and rear brakes needed replacing. Dealer offered to do the work at a cost of an arm and a leg. Decided to do the work myself. Purchased a new battery and changed the rear brakes myself...

Yup. I don't know what's up with the dealers charges. The one where I got the trunk lock wanted almost $200 to install it. They said the lock needed a new thimble lock to match my Jeep's key plus the labor.

When I heard that I ran away. Mostly because the Mopar trunk locks let you set to your Jeep's key with a simple turn.

And I do not change my oil yet, just take to a shop nearby that has been doing our other cars for years without any problems.

So, it seems to me that the dealers only get customers who are still locked by the warranty. Maybe they are not interested on older cars.

By law: at least California law: you can keep your warranty and do your maintenance at any qualified place including yourself. Just FYI

Maybe it does not apply to all States, based on the complaints I read in this and other forums.

One of the reasons I decided for a used Jeep was not having to worry about this kind of stuff. The dealer even tried to sell me an extended warranty. You can imagine my answer.

I have them in 35" and have done several trips up to lake house on highway. I am really surprised how smooth they
ride and I really thought they would be louder than they are but they are not.
