That looks great. Is it plywood covered in vinyl. I may try this. How thick is the plywood. Did u just bolt in the sides? What support method did u use? Very nice job.

I never thought about getting the 2door Tuffy enclosure for the 4door until I saw your pics. Looks good, and u still have room for other stuff. Was that an easy install? Did u have to drill extra holes for install?

Details please... Where did you buy the vinyl? Is it a roll? Soft to the touch?
