I put on some new tires:
The wheels came on it when I bought it. Wouldn't be my first choice, but they are growing on me.
New antenna from AntennaX and front window tint.
Washed the crap off of it:
New AEV front bumper. Need to get some lights

Installed my hi-lift with home made mounting. ~$8 of hardware 
Also bought amp (used - thank u Craig's list!) Sony xplode 600w 4 channel... Fount to power the sound bar and my woofer and leave my 77kick46 to power the front. Oh yeah!
