I did the besttop trek top this weekend as well, same day i put it on i overheard some teenagers commenting that it looked like a pontiac aztec!

Just got off the phone with Jeff at RC. Just ordered my 2.5" lift, spacers, and quick discos. Also going to pick up some 35" ProComp xtreme A/Ts after work. 
Should all be ready go for my wheelin trip to Interlake on the 31st. Anyone in the Evansville area interested in going?

Tube Doors - it's Summer - Woohoo
Last week I installed the Tuffy Security Deck Enclosure so now I can take the doors off. Time for the tube doors I bought last Fall. I'll do a write-up on both some time Real Soon Now.
Meanwhile, some pics for your enjoyment.
Olympic Safari Tube Doors
Die-Tech mirror brackets, modified to work with the tube doors.
Passenger side
The mirror mods took a long time so I ran out of time to do the rear doors. Maybe next weekend.
Drove 36 miles yesterday at up to 45 mph.
11 miles to work today at up to 55 mph.
It's very breezy and noisy and COOL. I get lots of stares at stop lights. I see people next to me leaning over to get a better look right through the JK to the car on the other side.
Next stop - Rock Sliders and then some real tires (with a re-gear). Yes!
