I took my front bumper and narrowed it 20 inches. I didn't heat weld the plastic, the last 4'' of each end I used as a cap and trimmed them so they slid inside the the center section then riveted them with aluminum rivets. Looks clean, I'm extremely pleased....PHOTOS in member galleries under tinman080

NO. I think that belongs to a guy out west, he's got it fixed up to look like a school bus for his kids. Neat looking rig though..... Thanks for the help showing my bumper guys..... I believe he runs on gasoline, see his cap?

Couple guys from Expedition Portal scoped the entire ride and then essentially guided it too. We started in Marquette and took lumber and forest roads to L'Anse, then up the Keweenaw. Yes, that was Bete Grise Beach, looking back up at Mount Houghton, where we had just been. CAme back the southern route on Sunday and ended up at Gay Beach.

I've been working on mine for about a month, and I finished the first phase today:
-OME HD lift,
-Teraflex front and rear adjustable trackbars,
-RR front winch bumper,
-RR side steps,
-Warn 9.5ti winch
-AEV Pintlers (Argent),
-Toyo Open Country MT 33's,
-PIAA driving lights on windshield pillars with Mopar mounts.
On the way:
-Cobra 75 CB with Firestik and Cooltech mounts,
-Winchline Viking Combo 3/8"x100' synthetic winch line,
-Extended brake lines,
-Extended rear swaybar links,
-More recovery gear and tools,
-LOD SS rear bumper and tire carrier.
Here's a picture today after finishing the wheels and tires.
Thanks for all the help and advice guys; I've done all the work myself except the wheels and tires. I could never have done the lift, etc. without the help from everybody on this board and especially the great write-ups from WOL.
