JK Show & Tell Whether they're just poser shots in your driveway or hardcore action shots on the trail, if you've got photos or videos of your Jeep JK Wrangler (or any JK for that matter that you think is worth showing off, inside or out), we want to see them so please post them here! Likewise, if you are wanting to see a photo of something specific like an aftermarket JK part or poser shot with a specific setup, this is the place to ask for it.

What was done to your JK this week?

The front one? Looks like someone busted the jeep in the lip and it is pouting like a two year old. At least, that is what i see every time i look at it. Of course, that could be because my two year old's bottom lip sticks out like that when she pouts. On her, it is oddly cute, on the Jeep..... ...not so much.

the rear is different only for the fog lights and the lip for the license plate.
... the rear lights are well protected and never touch, the real problem is the lip for the license plate that reduce a lot the rear exit angle

here in europe, the laws for the pedestrian's security are very harsh and this is the only way that chrysler have to sell the jk.

however, also with that bumper, my jk is a great jeep !!!!

I have "touched" my rear bumper hard enough to cave my bumper in, on both sides, right where those lights are. I would have replaced each of them without any question by now; At least once a piece. I am on my second rear stock bumper. There wont be a third. Upgrading to a swingaway made out of something stronger. with such a narrow plate, it could have been tucked up there nicely, to bad they hung it so low.

I have heard about the pedestrian thing. Can't you just make them run faster?

I wasnt knocking either of them, it's a Jeep so it's all good, just the front one... ...looks funny to me, personally. If i had it, i would go for the AEV or similar that i could get by the laws with.

But, then again, this is coming from a guy whose first reaction to the JK grille was
"WTF did they do to it??? its all angled back, puffy looking and rounded...??"
Now, I love it.

please do, i'd like to see more of what you did and how it looks when you paint/coat it. i'm doing a front bumper myself but really simple more like the cj, yj, tj's were. i may put light holes in it and be able to use my fog lamps again but haven't decided. i did my oun rock sliders. i really like to see owners building thier own stuff. it all retorts back to that saying "jeeps are built not bought".
