What was done to your JK this week?
Painting my "D" rings for my new OR-FAB front and rear bumpers. Have to be careful, it's been raining for weeks here in the Southeast. No let up in sight. Cleaned real good with alcohol, primed and baked in 180 degree oven, first final coat of red enamel on and baking. Long process. Hope the wife doesn't complain about the smell. Wishful thinking. The smell isn't that strong though ( in my Jeep Mod frame of mind that is ). Pics to come when finished.
Definitely a unique/personal look, congrats... Its Rausch Creek ready I'd say.
Just tires,,,,went with MT BAJA MTZ's - had to stay within a somewhat "normal size tire" as I'm only 5ft tall - between the lift and the new tires -- well all I can say is thank god for side steps! And, since, I liked the new factory wheels enough to keep them - I added a 1.5 inch spacer, to give it just enough width to have nice stance, and she's all grown up now - the wallet is totally empty - but the Jeep looks good!
So,,,how did I do???
