I agree. I think the instructions say to wait 10-20 minutes between coats too. Then 4 hrs before handling.
Thats the method i've used on Everything I've done in plastiDip. They all held up and looked great forever!

I dropped the threaded end through a hole in some expanded metal and it held it up, I then sprayed it. I was washing my jeep while doing this so about every 5 to 10 mins I would spray on another coat until I got up to 4 coats. No reception problems...so far, but I don't foresee any problems with it.

I installed the Lange Power Hoist-A-Top in the garage, and am going topless for the first time this week!

Last oil change with a mess. Getting ready to install River Raider Skid full skid system and wanted every oil change after that to be very easy. Should have done this long ago. Very happy with the Fumoto Quick Valve, easy to install. Here are some close up's and a stock photo of what it looks like. That mess you see is the last one. I also purchased the tube to connect to the nipple and will be able to drain in to a container with no mess at all.

On another note, if you need another reason to change your own oil check out the Mobile one oil filter had a piece of it's rubber gasket coming loose in the oil filter. I highly doubt an oil change facility would have told you about this.

I like the quick change valve but would be worried a rock would tear it off when wheeling.

You know, I've been changing oil all my life and the messiest part was from the oil filter itself. Can't make a quick plug for that.
The pan drain is very nice and convenient though. What about when ur skid is on....aren't you going to have to remove it to get to the oils filter anyway?

Does that screw right into the OEM plug hole. Is that a 3.6?
