The light is okay. It's the damn chime that drove me nuts. At 120,000 miles, jeep actually replaced it for free.

the chime comes on every two seconds. I've heard tons of stories of people getting theirs replaced out of warranty so it is something I will certainly give a shot

Well done on the Magnusun S/C! Let us know how it goes.

Glad people are still paying the $$$ for the good stuff. Bet it will perform better and not blow up like the POS Sprintex.

Oh yeah, loving it so far. It was a very well thought out and complete kit, came with high quality parts and fairly easy to follow instructions.

From a daily driver standpoint it is already a huge difference; big torque boost right from takeoff that follows it throughout the entire band. Shifting and getting up to speed takes a lot less skinny pedal and a lot less trying to run out each gear... merging on the expressway is no longer a cause for concern, and the same goes for passing at highway speeds. The best part, from a DD point of view, is that this blower design is quiet. You can hear some minimal whine sitting at idle, but aside from that, until you go wide open throttle above 3k rpm, one would have no idea that it was supercharged. The Jeep feels and drives like it should. Even my wife on her first ride along noticed I wasn't having to downshift and lay heavy on the gas to accelerate.

From a fun standpoint; its still no race car of course, but man can it ever pull now. I had a big grin on my face even before I realized I wasn't putting the pedal all the way to the floor yet.

From an offroad standpoint; took it to a little spot for a quick venture. My biggest challenge before was steep hill climbs, usually needing 4 low, 2nd gear, a running start, and riding the rev limiter to the top, and then still didn't even always make the long ones. The hill we found wasn't huge, but decent... 4 high, 2nd gear, and crawled right up like nothing. Even stopped about 3/4 of the way up, threw it down into 1st, and took back off smoothly in a crawl like it hadn't stopped. Still looking forward to its first trip to an ORV park for some real off road fun.

Absolutely no regrets here. That big torque boost in the low range makes the roots style supercharger well worth the investment in my book.

In the middle of replacing my clutch, PP, TOB, PB. Might royal purple all the fluids while it is down and clean up of the insulation mess that is currently lining the transmission bay. Might have to replace the flywheel too. Took a look at some pics of it here at my desk and it seems like there may be a crack or two... hopefully not.
