Replaced the winch mounting bolts and washers with grade 8.

I finally installed my PSC evap skid today. Would've been a simple 30-minute job, but I realized as I was bolting everything back up that I didn't have a short 16 mm end wrench -- that's what I get for trusting my memory.

Looks great installed. Only bummer, I was expecting to find a PSC decal in the box, but didn't. (Maybe that's just for higher-end purchases?)

I got 2 decals with my $50 PSC fairlead, but none with my $1000 PSC bumper. I think it's just random.
