JK Show & Tell Whether they're just poser shots in your driveway or hardcore action shots on the trail, if you've got photos or videos of your Jeep JK Wrangler (or any JK for that matter that you think is worth showing off, inside or out), we want to see them so please post them here! Likewise, if you are wanting to see a photo of something specific like an aftermarket JK part or poser shot with a specific setup, this is the place to ask for it.

What was done to your JK this week?

Also relocated my rear bumper after my body lift. Can't believe how easy it was.

Stupid question - no fears of weather damage or theft with the JVC? I've got all marine grade speakers and just waiting for factory deck to blow before I buy anew one.

I will have to check the cameras out, $15 that's a must buy.

Wonder if they make wireless/Bluetooth to display on my phone?!?!

Installed a set of delrin hinge inserts from TMR Customs on the JKR. The top two factory inserts came out easily -- a couple of taps on the bottom of the insert with a mallet and screwdriver, and they easily slid out of the top of the hinge. (Yeah, I know, wrong tool, for the job! :-) ). The bottom two were a different story.

I used needle nose pliers to peel away the top of the factory inserts on the bottom hinges, and then it was some serious mallet-on-screwdriver time. Essentially, I peeled the insert away from the hinge, one chunk at a time. It took maybe 20 minutes of pounding and peeling per hinge. My guess is that the lower hinges are more prone to getting crud in them from the road, and that's why they weren't as cooperative as the top ones. I bet it the Jeep was brand new, it'd be as easy to remove the lower inserts as the uppers.

So, why'd I go to this trouble? My passenger door was getting harder and harder to remove, and I noticed that the door pins weren't inserting all the way on first drop into the hinge, meaning I had to wiggle door back and forth to get the door seated all the way into the hinge. That certainly wasn't right.

While I haven't tried removing the doors after installing the new inserts, the doors dropped into place easily, and seated themselves all the way into hinge. It was like having the hinges lubed. :-)

So far, seems like a great product!
