As much as i hate to say it.. you dont want gap in between that. That plate will twist that frame only bolted onto one side.. id suggest going through both sides of the frame. Just my 2 cents. Nice job though!

Spent the day sanding down the bubbled paint on my door hinges and taillight guards and then sprayed them with Bedliner.

I then ran a new ground wire from my battery to the alternator to see if it will solve the intermittent starting "click"/fail.

Mounted an external speaker for the cb so that I can hear people squawk at me on the highway with the arm rest down.

Installed my new carbon fiber air scoop. Cutting the hood was fun :-) went through 3 dremel steel cut blades... Went with stainless rivets - i like the contrast on the carbon fiber. Wife came out and saw me mid job and said "you cut a hole in your jeep hood?!?, are u nuts". I just smiled. Next up... The shark gill heat vents - but leaving those for next week.
