Yes they do keep it cooler and warmer in the cold weather. Plus they absorb road noise also.

No pics but finally installed my RC adjustable lower control arms and had the alignment set caster is back were it should be and the ride much approved, My JW fogs came in so that's my upcoming weekend project

Did the Maglite seat mount tonight. Had it in my '09 and finally got around to putting it in my '13

Pick up some body plugs, thy come in many sizes. Any decent auto parts store should have them and they are cheap
