JK Show & Tell Whether they're just poser shots in your driveway or hardcore action shots on the trail, if you've got photos or videos of your Jeep JK Wrangler (or any JK for that matter that you think is worth showing off, inside or out), we want to see them so please post them here! Likewise, if you are wanting to see a photo of something specific like an aftermarket JK part or poser shot with a specific setup, this is the place to ask for it.

What was done to your JK this week?

That's why you should do it yourself. Get a quick release valve for the oil pan plug...I can do an oil change in about 20 mins to include the oil filter. So easy and so comforting. Just my .02 cents.

Default Rampage hood locks

I bought a set of used Rampage hood locks from a board member for $60 and just put them on yesterday so not too much experience with them yet. I really like the looks and the security of having the lock. Also I have no hood flutter now. The installation was a bit of a pain. Nothing hard or anything just a lot of adjusting to try and get both sides in the proper location to work smoothly. As a side note at one point while checking placement I had one of the latches stick closed (I had it too tight on one side). For this reason I think the best way to install these is to remove the grill, luckily I did and was able to reach in and loosen the latch which caused the latch to unbind. I had also read in other posts that the rubber between the hood and the finder was not thick enough and allowed metal to metal contact which will of course remove the paint. To help prevent this I installed about a 1" long piece of foam insulation on both sides of the latch.
