Thanks....

You only need to put it on the bottom fins, and really only about 6 inches from the outside of the bar inwards and it'll cut out the whistle completely.

Wheeled it. Cleaned it. Cleaned it again. Cut the flares (don't have a picture of that yet) then realized I had more cleaning to do in the wheel wells.
