evo mfg sales the bracket with king air bumps. I believe you can get the bracket without the air bumps. As far as measurements I am unsure as I did not do the install myself. When I read over the directions you are to cut off the factory frame bump stop first. Line up the air bump with your axle side bump stop. Cut into the frame (unsure how much but I can try to find out and shoot you a pm) weld the bracket in place. The air bump should fully compress where your factory bump compressed

Ah, I should have guessed EVO.
If you don't mind, send me a few pictures so I can get an eye on what was done. What coilovers did you end up going with? EVO bolt on kit?
I've been trying to figure out if I can do synergy weld on but there are so many things to factor in I am losing my mind lol.

Just picked up my 2014 Billet Silver JKUR, "Cougar Killer" (that's what my friends call it), this evening.

What did I have done this week?

4.5" AEV DS/SC Lift
17" American Eagle Graphite 012's with 37x12.50x17 BFG KO2's (5)
Dynatrac Prorock 44 front axle housing with HD Ball Joints (reused stock axles/locker)
Dana 44 JK Rubicon 32 Spline Placer Gold Rear Chromoly Axle Kit
G2 Axle & Gear Ring & Pinion Set - Front/Rear 4.88
AEV JK Premium Front Bumper with front skid
Warn xd9000i Winch with roller fairlead
AEV JK Rear Bumper with Tire Carrier (and water kit)
AEV Rear Bumper Water Tanks
AEV JK Hi-Lift / Pull-Pal Mount
Dynatrac Rear Differential Cover
48" Hi-Lift
JK Fuel Tank Skid
Cobra 75WXST with external speaker - 3' Firestik (quick disconnect & HD Spring)
BOLT Hood Lock
and a few other odds and ends (black lugs, AEV splash guards, AEV CHMSL 3rd Brake Light, bearings, lubes, keepers,brackets, etc.)
Stuff ain't cheap.
No pics yet; it was too dark when I got home but will post some tomorrow if time allows.

Just got my Artec truss kit for my 44, installing my Rock Krawler front long arm and the truss next week, then next month I'll finish the rear with my 3link 8inch stretch. Stay tuned!

Dropped my JK off at the shop to get my Rock Krawler 2.5 X-factor lift and 35" tires installed. Hopefully I can get out somewhere tomorrow to go play.
