Rough carpentry done. Bracket didn't fit on the upper portion because of the light bar. Debating removal of the light bar or fabrication of a new bracket.

I'm looking at exactly the same setup. Have you found the Smittybilt fender flares to be wide enough to prevent rocks from damaging paint? They are 3" right?

Installed 37s, fixed some wiring issues I had in my LED headlights, adjusted my steering stops, removed my rear tire carrier until I can install a genright carrier, removed my rear seat, and ratchet strapped my spare tire in the back.
