I'm looking at exactly the same setup. Have you found the Smittybilt fender flares to be wide enough to prevent rocks from damaging paint? They are 3" right?

new wheels and tires today. Moved up from 33 to 35s

Installed 37s, fixed some wiring issues I had in my LED headlights, adjusted my steering stops, removed my rear tire carrier until I can install a genright carrier, removed my rear seat, and ratchet strapped my spare tire in the back.
