What was done to your JK this week?
If this helps at all with the winch clearance issue, I put a drop down mount on my spare, so I can just spin it and it raises 6-7 inches. Maybe there is some way you could fab something like that for your spare, so it will raise up out of the way.
Yea, been there, done that. I thought I was going to break my drill when putting these on and low and behold it broke through the last layer of sheet metal just as the drill started to smell like burning. You really gotta work it to get through some of th thicker metal. The install was a bitch on these, but it will pay off in the end. Just stay patient, it's worth it. If you have questions on the install, PM me or check out this thread. https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=73949

As he said, if you have questions, feel free to PM me, I've installed a couple sets
They do warranty the work. Says so on the website and the owner will tell you over the phone. PM me if you need the contact info.
Of course if you bring your own gears, they don't warranty the parts. They will just warranty on labor.
