Lucky...
When I put my rock rails on, the edge was right over the center of the rear tire. The first bump would have the rear tires bite right into the rock rails. The last pic shows where it is now after trimming the rear ends. Ended up taking off about 4" or so at the rear, grinding, rustoleum flat black paint and got the end caps on with some clear RTV sealant and here we go.
Got the rock rails on this afternoon.

My 35's didnt rub at all when I had the 2.5 Tera Flex BB....and really didnt rub after the Tera Flex 4inch Long Arm.....I guess it's the way your axle sets up....even right now, driving around the 37's dont rub.....but if i flexed them out they sure would.....I'll be hacking next week....
Caved and finally ordered an XRC rear bumper and tire carrier!!! was getting a little too paranoid about the heavier spare being on there even though its only a 33" but I'm planning on moving up to 35's this spring.
