In an effort to keep myself from just buying a BB and steel wheels I am going to do an inexpensive mod to my jeep every week or two. This way I can save up enough money for the wheel/tire combo and suspension lift I really want and still feel like I'm doing something to the jeep. Last week I purchased grab handles off amazon for $12 shipped to my door. This week, I did the DIY grill inserts thanks to some write ups on here and it came out better than I thought it would! Next week I'm thinking all weather floor mats. What was everyone's first mod?

 

My first mod was going to the store to buy a smaller wallet since there wouldn't be as much money in it...................... bad joke? ok, sorry....

 

First mod was wheels and tires..then was broke for awhile.

Got a few inexpensive things ever week or so.

Door sill protectors
Slush mats
Grab handles
Tail light guards

Then got winch, lift etc

I was thinking about doing the grill black the other day when I had it off. Not sure if its what I want yet. May be on the list in a few weeks.

 

First mod was shrink wrapping the antenna (I was bored waiting for the 3" BDS lift and rims and tires from DTD to be shipped)

 

New wheels and spay painted my antenna flat black
