Just an update, I received the bull bar today and called them. I spoke to every supervisor and they informed me they are willing to let me keep the bull bar and refund all my money including shipping.

Now being the jeep Asian man that I am I said that wasn't good enough. They are currently calling smittybilt and asking if they can provide me with my bumper, because they are the ones responsible for the error in the description.

Not too mention you might get someone in trouble or even fired for an honest mistake. You got the bar for free, that should be good enough, u made out, let it go.

I think I found the source of the problem. He's 20yrs old and doesn't understand how the real world works. He doesn't realize his actions may cost someone their job. All for something he didn't earn or pay for. I just hope you do the right thing man.
