True, but once again they refunded his money and told him keep product for free. Doesn't mean throw a fit and try to get even more for free.. He already won, now why try to pull one over. Karma can work in magical ways. If you don't want the bull bar, throw it on the classified section, make 40-60 bucks and put that's towards buying a bumper you want.

Just an update, I received the bull bar today and called them. I spoke to every supervisor and they informed me they are willing to let me keep the bull bar and refund all my money including shipping.
Now being the jeep Asian man that I am I said that wasn't good enough. They are currently calling smittybilt and asking if they can provide me with my bumper, because they are the ones responsible for the error in the description.

Hmm. Sorry but I don't agree with the general consensus here. If I ordered a product and they sent me something different, I would throw a fit too. I say push to get it.

i wouldn't take the karma hit to call and complain and try to get a $400 bumper for free.
ESPECIALLY after getting a $100 guard for free...
Why wouldn't you return the guard and ask them to instead sell you the bumper you want at their cost to make up for the mistake?
