Just talked to a lady at USAA and she stated it is her understanding that if you placed an order with a certificate in January they will honor it when the Jeep comes in, in Febuary.
My Rubicon is do to arrive on Tuesday Feb. 14. We will see what happens then.

Proud new owner of rubi unlimited. But, $1k rebate showed expired, and the code that was given would not work in dealers system. They did meet me half way tho. Took another $500.00 off... so $500 lower than treadlightly would of given me.. i was also able to get body colored fenders in adition to the black fenders it came with.....black to do serious wheeling...silver to go out to dinner with...

My dealer finally told me that I would get the USAA $1000.00 rebate, and I gave them my code. The dealer has been trying to get me to trade the rebate even for a set of Katzkins. I would probably do it, if they would lift my jeep as promised and get her back to me.
I purchased my new Rubicon on the 31st. I still haven't taken delivery yet!!!! It's driving me crazy!!!!! If I didn't live on an island 3+ hours (including long ferry trip) to the dealership - .....I would sit on the lot until they honored what was promised, or until I was escorted out by sercurity!
I have never been so put out, or sick over a new car purchase. Every day this week, I was told that they would have an answer for me by the end of the day. Thursday Night I sent the general manager of the store a long, well written complaint. Now I am just waiting for them to respond.
They originally were going to swap my Mopar 4.5 inch lift from my 09 to my 12. After a little research, I explained to them that it was going to be more trouble than it was worth. I made a deal to sell them the lift from my 09 so that they would only have to modify the 12, not the 09.
In making that deal, they promised me that they would install a new lift for me. Then 3 days later, I get a message from the corporate office that my dealership won't be installing lifts anymore!!!
"Calgon, Calgon - Take me away..." (that probably only makes sense if you were born in the 70's or very early 80's or earlier)

Picked up our new Jeep today, 6 weeks to the day.
They took the USAA certificate I had when I ordered the vehicle January and gave me the $1000 incentive.
