I would like to have the full doors and have the 1/2 doors for the weekend. The dealership that I have been working with on a new Rubicon says that the half doors are not "available". He couldn't tell me if it was a supply issue or a discontinued option. I don't think I want aftermarket doors as I have yet to find any that look "stock". Has anyone bought or ordered a 2012 JKU with the 1/2 doors or have any insight? If I need to order my new ride, I'm willing to wait to get what I want.

They better not get rid of the half door option. That be like making the doors permanently affixed to the vehicle. Jeep blasphemy.

When you build a 2012 jku on the jeep sight it doesn't have half doors as an option for anything above the base sport model

 

Yes, i know. But it's in thier 2012 Fleet Guide as a Rubi option AND on thier 2012 site there is a picture of a Rubicon with Half Doors

I wanted to get the power/heated mirrors with half doors and was told it's a no go...
