You could have that rocker tick on either side. The 3.6L engine is pretty ticky in general, but that tick is pretty loud and obvious. Exhaust leaks aren't a huge thing on these, especially something that is only 4-5 years old. Not to say there's no way that could be it, but probably less likely. You can get a mechanic's stethoscope for really cheap at the auto stores. I'd pick one up if you don't have one and just probe around that side of the engine. If you're getting the loudest noise ticking inside the valve cover, it's probably not a great sign.
