The header seal on the windshield may be the problem. My 07 leaked there right on the top of the stereo.

Okay I'll try loosening the screws. That seems like a good answer. If not I'll take it in. I don't want to do the cloth yet because it's a new Jeep. That should happen n a few years. It has only been in rain twice since july in san antonio so that top needs to be fixed.

If the rubber is dirty it will leak too. I clean mine with a silicon spray and haven't had a leak since. If you go wheeling and they get dusty be sure to wipe them down before putting the top back on and everything should be good.

I had the same problem the first week, but a corner of the rubber seal was sticking up. All I did was remove the two front roof panels and reinstall them a few hours later and, so far, no more leaks.

Did you removed the panels before or was it (rubber sticking up) already like that when you took delivery of the Jeep? Thanks.

Since I moved to the Wet West Coast my trick is to apply some silicone grease on all the corners of all rubber weatherstripping.

If you don't have any just use some common Die-Electric grease.

As long as you rub it on and into all the firm rubber portions of the weatherstripping (the spongy portions are not as critical) you should be good to go!

Give it a shot.
