2012 2 door Rubicon with six speed here. I have about 1000 miles on my jeep and am averaging 19MPG so far. Just over 20 MPG on the highway. My numbers are hand calculated too, not from the computer. Decent mileage for a Jeep.

hmmm... maybe I should begin hand calculating my mileage as well... I'll try that on my next tank.

My 2012 Unlimited with 35's and 4.56 gears is getting 16.5 around town, haven't really been on the highway enough to tell what that is....which is a lot better than my 2010 or 2011 got with 35's...even after Superchips, CAI, and 4.88 gears they at best were getting 13-14 and that was on the highway.

We ran our 2012 Rubi out to Michigan for Thanksgiving last year.
Ballpark at Highway speeds from PA (500) miles or so, about 20-21 at a steady highway speed of 75 or so and that is a Rubi with 4:10's.
I have never taken our 08 JK out (since it would suck and I would have to push it up the mountains of western PA anyways)
Do it, you'll be happy!
