I have 1000km on my Rubi,and also noticed this sound today.
I mentioned this to the service department and showed them this thread...(many blank looks and they have not herd if this issue)
Can anyone tell me if burping the system is the only posable fix?

I'm having the exact same issue on my 2013 freedom edition. It currently has about 1800 miles on it and I started noticing the rushing water sound at around 1500 miles. It definitely becomes less pronounced once the engine is warm and thermostat is fully opened. Was thinking about bringing it to the dealership but sounds like it would be a waste of time at this point. It is irritating as hell and unacceptable in a $40K vehicle... come on Chrysler.

picked my 13 jku in nov, of 12, havet had this problem as of june 2. 5k miles... sofar so good? driving in Alaska too.
