2015 bad news...
In the car business It's very common to bad mouth the next year model's unknowns.
It's a way to get people to buy now rather than waiting a year, even if you already bought from him. You came here and did exactly what he wanted you to do, which is to spread rumors and prompt others to get their 2014's now before they are all gone and all that's left are the scary 2015's.
Old trick.

The 14' Just hit dealer floors about 3-4 months ago. dealers don't usually get access to orders on next MY's until about 1-2 months before the model hits dealer floors. this means (assuming the 14' and 15' will be released 1 year apart from each other) dealers will not be able to place an order for a 15' until maybe June of 2014 at the earliest. While they may get info to whats up and coming before the general public, if a vehicle is getting a redesign, they would have had test mules out and someone would have spotted one.
I watched this happen with the new-for-2010 Chevrolet Camaro. Dealers would take "orders" (which were really pre-orders/deposits) for the New Camaro but they had no way to actually requisition one in the computer system.
Dealers are great, however, sometimes their employees will say anything to make a sale or generate revenue.
Unless the Dealership actually could get an order set up in the system for a 2014, they were just blowing smoke and wanted to hang on to your deposit money. Think about when the first 2014's were released...not that long ago. I watched this happen with the new-for-2010 Chevrolet Camaro.
