2015 wrangler
#13
well 35s from the factory is pushing it. Cause most are like me, I hardly ever off road and mine is stock, so was my 08. However, what Id like to see, if I ever did lift everything be made/ready for it. No problems with exhast like my 12. steering stablizers, ext. The reason I like my wrangler is because it can be topless and is 4x4 Would also like to see a diesel engine. but by then it'll prob be around $8-9 a gal....

It doesn't matter what they do, enthusiasts will undo whats wrong and re-do it right.
If companies would actually focus on not crap electric vehicles benefit could be had. Most electric motors have full torque all the way from 1rpm to maximum for the system. Huge benefits off road with an application like that.
Instead they make crap like the Leaf. Yep you are saving the environment. Now instead of your car polluting, some other facility is picking it up for you. A coal burning power facility for instance. Just because your stupid car is "green" doesn't mean its not leaving a carbon foot print elsewhere.
I still am waiting for a solid diesel power plant. Not something as big as the Cummins or Powerchoke, but heftier than the Jetta engine.
