I got hit with a rock a few weeks ago, and the damn thing hit my windshield twice before it bounced over my Jeep. :-P

It's only American manufactures who cover their new designs other countries just add camouflage paint. Talk about living in the past Jeep.
It looks to be not much different than the JK other than a new interior and maybe a better engine. I hope it doesn't have Jeeps hopeless 9 speed auto box.

Kiwi,
The 9 speed had both hardware and software changes for the 2016 model year Cherokee, and it works wonderfully. I have the 2016 Trailhawk Pentastar 3.2L and the thing is amazing. I get 22-24 mpg around town, 28 out on the open road, and the transmission programming works extremely well, it even downshifts on down hills while your braking to aid in engine braking. Instead of you always having to manually downshift to get engine braking, they put it into the software. Overall, the 2016 updates are really good. I'd take this ZF 9 speed in a Wrangler any day. Now, the 2014/2015 ZF 9 speed owners... I feel for them. So many problems.
