First of all , you said wheels . Do you mean rims or tires ? If you mean tires , do you mean 38 " If you mean rims (the metal part that holds the tire ) , and they are 28 " , again you are on the wrong site , and we , as four wheelers will disown you ! Also try to use complete sentences and adding a period now and again !

28" rims - don't
28" tires - why? Smaller than stock
38" tires? You need to upgrade some stuff first.

You can run 28" Wheels but you better be running 50" tires

as a US soldier who spends his time preparing to defend your asses so that you can ride around without a care , id say the guy has the absolute freakin right to run whatever he wants and to ask questions without having to endure smart ass comments

If they fit I don't see why the weight would damage anything. People running 35-37's are prob similar weight. How much does each one weigh?

I was just unclear on what he wanted to know . What I do know is he had a stock Rubicon with 32 BFG . And yes you can run 28s . Only thing to keep in mind is u will run at a Higher rpm with a smaller tire . With the six speed like I have u might save some gas . Not sure how the auto would be . thats crazy...I was literally just gonna ask if 28" wheels would fit on a stock jeep without a lift. huh,,I guess that answers that..
anyone know if 35s will fit a stock jeep with no lift then?? :/
