Default 35,000 Miles. No problems. Take it in for warranty work?

I have 35,000 miles on my JK.

No problems that I know of.

My rig is lifted and wheeled hard. So maybe this is a waste of time.

Should I take it to my dealership to see if they will look it over for warranty work?
I was under the impression the dealerships like to do this type of warranty work?
Or what should I look for to tell them to fix it?

I would crawl around it and see if there is anything worth looking at. Then consider if it might be warranted. I was getting a free oil change a few months back and asked them to look at a possible blown fuze that I was too lazy to checkout. They said it would cost $50 because they are only warrantied to 12K miles. I am just glad they warned my and I paid the 1.50 for a new fuze.

Sorry, it doesn't work that way. I work at a BMW dealership (not the same apples, but pretty close), unless it is a true complaint it cannot be fixed. Period. This is due to warranty index numbers and fraudulent claims. It's a waste of your time unless you have real complaints. If I worked on your BMW and saw it had an oil leak you didn't know about, I could not fix it without you complaining about it. As crooked as that sounds, that is implemented by the brand, not the dealership. Those that "are looking for something" before they are out of warranty are kind of shrugged off as well. Just my 2cents, don't waste your time unless there is an issue.

Time is money. Diagnosis is not free. Thats why they come with fuse charts. Especially if it was a cig lighter fuse or something, 99.9% of the time that is caused by the customer and not a faulty part (warrantable).

Yea, maybe I should just be happy that my rig has not had any problems that I usually read about here.

I had a brake issue that I repaired myself and that's it!

Thanks for the info!

I'd check to see if your ball joints are bad. If you do a search on 'em you'll see alot of peoples ball joints are going bad way before 30k miles and often people don't even know they're bad until their whole front end starts shaking violently. I started feeling a tad of a little shimmy a while back but just barely and not to often to really worry about it so I didn't think anything of it then finally last week I got the bad death wobble but i'm at 38k miles and out of warranty. I think I have bad ball joints and the dealership wants close to $500 to fix it so I just ordered some from quadratec and hopefully I'll be able to find a decent shop to install 'em for cheaper but If I would have known that I could have possibly had bad ball joints a month ago I definately would have taken it into get fixed under warranty instead of letting it go and get worse. You might as well check if it will save you almost $500.
